FullMind Terms of Service

By using FullMind on Apple platforms, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You may use FullMind only if you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.

FullMind is a meditation, ambience, relaxation, sleep, and creator-discovery experience. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or emergency assistance.

If you need medical, mental-health, or emergency support, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

Some features require signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account you use with FullMind.

• We may limit or remove access if an account is used in a way that harms users, creators, services, or platform integrity.
• You are responsible for information submitted through your account or device.

On Apple platforms, subscriptions, renewals, cancellation handling, and payment processing are managed by Apple through the App Store and its purchase terms.

Premium access depends on valid entitlement state, trial state, or both. If entitlement verification fails, Premium features may pause until access is restored.

• Free trials, legacy trial states, and Premium access may change as the product evolves.
• Deleting your FullMind account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

If you create, submit, publish, or share scenes, voices, names, descriptions, tags, issue reports, or feature requests, you remain responsible for that content.

• You must have the rights needed to share any content you submit.
• You must not submit content that infringes rights, contains sensitive personal information, is deceptive, abusive, illegal, or unsafe.
• By submitting community-facing content, you allow FullMind to host, store, display, moderate, rank, and operate that content as needed for product features.

You may not misuse FullMind or its services.

• Do not spoof purchases, manipulate counters, abuse ad flows, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with normal app operation.
• Do not use the app to harass others, distribute harmful content, or submit material you do not have rights to use.
• Do not attempt to bypass feature limits, account restrictions, moderation actions, or access controls except where the law clearly allows it.

We may add, remove, pause, update, or redesign features, plans, visuals, integrations, creator tools, pricing, and community systems as FullMind evolves.

We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

FullMind, its branding, design, code, visual presentation, and service materials are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective owners except where applicable law says otherwise.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe these Terms were violated, the service is at risk, required providers demand action, or the app is being discontinued.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FullMind is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FullMind and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from app use, service interruption, content issues, or access limitations.

Your use of FullMind is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how account data, analytics, ad-related signals, community content metadata, and local app state are processed.
