Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to FullMind on Apple platforms, including iPhone, iPad, and compatible Mac installs that run the iPad version.
FullMind combines local meditation playback with optional cloud-backed features such as sign-in, Premium entitlement sync, creator interest flows, community browsing, issue reports, and analytics.
Information We Process
Depending on how you use the app, FullMind may process account identity, profile fields, entitlement state, session activity, issue reports, feature requests, community content metadata, diagnostics, and performance signals.
- Sign-in data such as your Apple or Google account identity, email address, display name, and authenticated user identifier.
- Profile and access state such as monk name, Premium entitlement, legacy trial status, and related access records.
- Meditation usage such as selected scenes, mixer state, session start, pause, resume, completion, like prompts, and local history buckets.
- Community and feedback data such as shared scene metadata, shared voice metadata, likes, bookmarks, view counters, issue reports, and feature suggestions.
- Technical data such as crash traces, performance traces, screen analytics, device-side identifiers exposed to integrated SDKs, and ad request context for eligible users.
How We Use Information
We use information to run meditation playback, restore your saved experience, sync access, troubleshoot issues, measure product health, understand user flows, and operate community features you choose to use.
- Authenticate you and restore your signed-in profile.
- Save and restore scenes, mixer settings, ZenHeart preferences, history, and anti-spam local state.
- Measure app stability, performance, feature usage, and completion flows so the app can improve over time.
- Operate community content, moderation signals, creator-interest submissions, and user-request workflows.
- Limit or measure advertising for users who are eligible to see ads.
Service Providers and Cloud Infrastructure
FullMind uses third-party infrastructure and SDKs to operate cloud-backed features on Apple devices.
- Supabase is used for authentication, profile records, Premium-related account state, community content records, likes, reports, and other cloud-backed app data.
- Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring are used to measure product usage, diagnose failures, and understand runtime performance.
- Google Mobile Ads SDK is integrated for ad-supported experiences shown only to eligible users.
Ads and Identifiers
If your account is eligible to see ads, ad-related SDKs may process ad request context and device-related signals to request, limit, or measure ads.
This can include device identifiers such as IDFV and, where available under platform permissions and SDK behavior, advertising-related identifiers. Ad availability can also vary by region, consent state, fill, and account eligibility.
- Premium users and legacy-trial users are intended to avoid ad-supported surfaces.
- Ad-related flows may process runtime information such as screen size, placement, and request environment.
Local Storage
A substantial part of FullMind stays on your device so that playback feels fast and personal.
Local storage can include selected scenes, saved presets, anti-repeat or anti-spam flags, session history buckets, export names, onboarding state, admin-mode state, and other preference data needed for the app experience.
Community Content, Reports, and Suggestions
If you use community, creator-interest, report, or suggestion features, the information you submit may be stored and reviewed to operate the service, support moderation, and improve future product decisions.
- Do not include sensitive personal information in creator names, scene names, issue reports, feature requests, or other text fields.
- Shared community metadata can include titles, descriptions, tags, counters, likes, or other ranking signals relevant to discovery and moderation.
Your Choices
You can choose whether to sign in, whether to use cloud-backed community features, and whether to submit issue reports or feature requests.
You can also delete your account from inside the app. Some records may still be retained where needed for billing support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, or basic service integrity.
- You can uninstall the app to remove local app data stored on that device.
- You can request account deletion through the in-app Delete Account flow.
- You can avoid public-facing community actions by not sharing content or interacting with optional community tools.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards for a mobile app, including app-private storage where supported and secure network transport for service communication.
No mobile or online service can promise perfect security. Please avoid sending sensitive information through app text fields unless absolutely necessary.
Children
FullMind is not designed as a dedicated app for children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as FullMind evolves. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
You can directly report issues or bugs right from the app itself, but if you prefer contacting us via email, feel free to do so at fullmind-meditation-support@googlegroups.com.
