FullMind: Sleep & Meditation Privacy Policy

FullMind: Sleep & Meditation is designed for meditation, sleep, soundscapes, visuals, creator tools, and optional device features. This policy explains what information is used, why it is used, and what choices you have.

Most settings stay on your device. Cloud features are used when you sign in, share, sync, subscribe, or use community features. Bluetooth is used only for supported PandaZen devices.

• You can sign in with Google so your profile stays connected to you and account-based features can work.
• The app may create a monk profile name for you. You can keep it, update it, or stay anonymous where the app allows.
• If you share creator content, your chosen creator name may appear with that content.

• The app may save session history, selected sounds, visual quality, preferences, completed sessions, and similar app activity so your experience feels consistent when you return.
• We may use simple usage information, such as session starts, pauses, completions, screen views, ratings, likes, and feature requests, to understand what is working and improve the app.
• Please do not place sensitive personal details inside scene names, feature requests, creator names, tags, or public descriptions.

• When you publish or load community scenes, voices, QR links, or shared content, the app uses secure app services to store and retrieve that content.
• Shared content can include the creator name you chose, scene or voice names, tags, descriptions, artwork references, usage counts, likes, bookmarks, and similar public or community-facing details.
• Images used for QR styling are handled on your device for that flow. A final share image is saved or shared only when you choose to do that.

• Premium plans and trials are handled through Google Play Billing. Google processes payment details.
• The app receives purchase status so it can unlock or restore premium features.
• We may keep plan status, trial status, and purchase-related app records so premium access works across sessions.

• Bluetooth is used only when you use supported PandaZen device features, such as pairing, reconnecting, sending session cues, or changing device settings.
• The app may remember a previously paired device so reconnecting feels effortless. You can disconnect or forget a device from app settings.
• On some Android versions, the system requires location permission for Bluetooth scanning. The app uses that permission for device discovery, not to track where you are.

• Internet access is used for sign-in, community content, sync, billing status, feature requests, and app services.
• Bluetooth permissions are used for nearby supported devices when you choose to use those features.
• Storage or gallery actions happen when you choose to save or share generated images.

• You can use core meditation features without publishing creator content.
• You can edit your monk profile name, avoid sharing public content, disconnect Bluetooth devices, and remove local presets or settings from inside the app where those controls are available.
• You can uninstall the app to remove its local app data from your device. Some cloud records may remain when they are needed for account, billing, creator, safety, or service records.

We use reasonable safeguards for a mobile app, including private app storage on your device and secure connections for app services where supported.

No app or online service can promise perfect security, so please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in public or creator-facing fields.

FullMind: Sleep & Meditation is not made as a dedicated app for children under 13. Please do not submit children's personal information through creator names, scene descriptions, tags, or feature requests.

• If you create, upload, publish, or share scenes, voices, images, names, tags, or descriptions, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and share that content.
• Creator content may be shown to other users with your creator name, public metadata, popularity signals, session counts, likes, bookmarks, and similar activity.
• We may review, hide, remove, limit, or update creator content if it appears unsafe, misleading, infringing, abusive, spammy, or harmful to the app experience.
• Creator features may record how content performs so we can rank content, support creator tools, improve discovery, and build future rewards or monetization features.

We may update this policy as the app grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
